DESCRIPTION:

This project models a simple Engine Management System which is realized within 1 ECU.
Tasks are periodically activated according to various factors, in this case, 3 separate time factors:
- fixed time intervals, e.g. 5ms, 10ms, 20ms, and 100ms
- reacting to events in the mechanical system e.g. on the pedal position or the crankshaft position of the engine
- receiving and sending messages via a bus
